1. How can I place my order?
For cookies, candies, pretzels, business card gifts, and all other sweets, you can use our secure online Sweet Shoppe If you are interested in having us cater an event, simply fill out our online catering information form that gives us information about your event and we'll contact you.
If you wish to speak with us directly about your order, we can always be reached via email, phone (404.384.0274 or 404.384.6663) or fax (404-256-3714).

2. What is the minimum order?
There is not a minimum order for online sweets. However, each catering order requires a minimum of 10 people.

3. When is the latest I can place an order?
Your order should be received by 2:00 PM the day prior to your event.

4. What happens if I need to cancel my order?
To cancel an order, you will need to call us at 404.384.0274 or 404.384.6663 by 4:00 PM the day prior to your event. Failure to give notice will result in responsibility for 100% of charges.

5. When do I pay for your services?
All deliveries require a form of pre-payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Pre-approved direct billing is also available.

6. When can you deliver my order?
Enchanted Catering provides delivery Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
There is a delivery charge within the metro Atlanta area.
